Though kanirineta loathe necromancy for its association with the Caelex Empire, the need for those trained in the healing arts is ever-present. Most who take up the job of healer, however, may find themselves ostracized for using the tools of their sworn enemies. In an attempt to save both their colleagues' reputations and their soldiers' lives, the priesthood of Arinis took drastic measures into their own hands, and sent a covert mission to Hive's most protected site; the first known ruins of the Odys Riaud.
Though a massive, metallic beast decimated the search party, the survivors brought back incredible secrets and long-lost spells. Among them was the salvation the Kinzran Alliance needed; an ancient version of the spells colloquially known as "Cure" spells, based not on white chrono, but yellow.
In light of this discovery, the Kishou ordered the construction of a new airship in the fleet, Salvation's Nest, and the creation of a school aboard it to train the next generation of healers for the Alliance. The school emphasizes study of both Conjuration and Necromancy, and puts graduates through intense regimens to ensure their ability to use both forms of Cure spells, both modern and Ancient. Due to the high physical and mental demands of the school, very few applicants make it through training. Those who make it, however, are rewarded with one of the most coveted titles among the faithful of the Alliance; "Carriers of Life," the Jihisei Uso.
