Referred to as "veilweaving" in some small circles, Tomeforging allows the wielder to shape magic into forms around themselves or, rarely, others. This weaved power, known as Stellar Skin, appears in a different semi-etheral form for every wielder, but always bears some resemblance to solar flares, constellations, or other astronomical phenomena, depending on the weaver.
Active practitioners of Tomeforging are so exceptionally rare as to be non-existent. Those who even manage to discover the art's existence, let alone wish to practice it, essentially have to discover how to learn it all on their own.
